Does anyone have a healthy weight loss plan with a calorie deficit and breakdown of protein, fats and carbs? I recently did a test at the doctor and it said I have a bit of a gut (visceral fat). I did some research online and found my daily calorie needs to be around 1700 calories for a healthy weight loss. Of that I found my macro breakdown to be 170g protein, 75g carbs and 60g fats. I found this broke down to roughly 25% protein, 20% carbs and 55% fats.

I’m a 41 year old male and 5ft 11. I currently weigh 208 pounds. I understand I need to lose weight due to my doctor telling me my gut is too big. I am looking to lose around 2 pounds per week for healthy weight loss.

I am looking for a meal prep plan that will help me lose weight and I was just wondering if my calorie needs and macro breakdown looked accurate?
