Not losing weight when meal prepping

I’ve been meal prepping for the past few weeks, 4 meals a day, with all ingredients weighed out to precise caloric values to lose weight. I weigh all my ingredients and have been averaging about 1600 calories a day, partially due to my high fibre intake, which I adopted as per recommendations, and I have been chronically calorie deficient. I need to lose weight, so it’s all good, but my progress has been going slower than I anticipated.<br><br>I was under the assumption that a calorie deficient diet combined with regular exercise would yield a decent amount of weight loss, but my scale has been stuck at the same weight for a few months. I only have 30 pounds to lose, so I don’t know if that’s why the progress has been so slow. Thank you all for your help. <br><br><br>Edit: I’ve been tracking calories now, so I’ve got that sorted out. Thank you all for the wonderful recommendations.
