My BIL and his wife are addicts

My BIL and wife are in their mid 20's and have 3 kids, the oldest is 7. My BIL wants more. They've fostered a 2 year old for the past 8 months.<br><br>They both have a history of drug addicts. BIL did heroin and his wife sniffed glue and taking ecstasy before. This year, they both relapsed. 3 months ago, he got put on probation and his wife went to rehab.<br><br>What pisses me off is their best friends are foster carers. The foster carer is an addict and fostered 6 kids. They hide their kids food in the cupboard to avoid the children from eating at night. They hired a security camera so they can see the kids when they are at work.<br><br>I feel so angry and upset that children had to suffer. Currently, there is a shortage of foster carers in Australia. It makes me sick that so called "foster carers" like these people exist and would take advantage of children. I can't stand people who takes advantage of children.
