Today was a really bad day for mental health. I'm not doing well.

Today was a terrible day for me. I woke up late, rushed to get to a doctor's appointment, and found out that my hearing is declining rapidly. I had to get a hearing aid, which has been emotionally difficult. After the appointment, I went to the grocery store to buy some food, but when I came home, I realized that I had locked myself out of my house and had to wait in the freezing cold for several hours until my mom could come and let me in. Now I am just feeling incredibly overwhelmed and defeated, and I don't know how to handle this.
