Is this normal? My girlfriend threw out her boyfriend’s underwear because “it reminded her of him”

Throwaway because I’m an idiot. <br><br>I threw out my girlfriend’s ex boyfriend’s underwear remover to hers because I’m an idiot. <br><br>I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have an open relationship and I guess I wanted to try it. I’ve been thinking about this for my days, so there was a lot of thought put into it. I’m an idiot. <br><br>So yesterday I removed my girlfriend’s ex boyfriend’s underwear from her drawer. I figured that she didn’t need a reminder of her ex. That’s where I went wrong. <br><br>She came home from work and immediately went looking for me, I knew I was in trouble. She asked me what the hell I was doing. I didn’t want to explain why I removed them so I lied and said I was doing laundry. Yeah right. <br><br>Long story short I got yelled at (she’s never yelled at me before), she told me to get out, and I’m sitting here on my dog’s bed. <br><br>So, guys I need to know, is this normal? Should I just throw out everything that reminds her of her ex? This is the first time she’s yelled at me and I don’t know what to do.
