Would love any feedback on this. Severely restricted due to budget so Feedback on cheap meal prepping is also very welcomed. Feel free to ask any questions.<br><br>Background: Only budget of £60 a week. Have extremely limited cupboard staples. Will upvoting and reply if I do not see activity in 2-3 hours.<br><br>I am 28M and overweight, Feedback on weight loss meal prepping is welcome.<br><br>First week<br><br>Sunday<br><br>Breakfast - 4 slices of toast topped with cheese and ham<br><br>Snacks of crisps<br><br>Lunch - Noodle sauce and rice<br><br>Dinner - Pork mince mixed with carrots and noodles<br><br>Side - Feedback on meal prep sides would be great. Lettuce and water has been suggested.<br><br>Monday<br><br>Breakfast - Fried rice<br><br>Lunch - Tuna with rice and noodles<br><br>Dinner - Feedback on reheating chicken is welcomed. I fried chicken mixed with carrots and noodles and it tastes like burnt chicken when I reheat it.<br><br>Snacks - 2 slices of toast and crisps<br><br>Tuesday<br><br>Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs<br><br>Lunch - Rice and noodles<br><br>Dinner - Reheated chicken<br><br>Snacks - crisps and toast<br><br>Wednesday<br><br>Breakfast - Fried rice<br><br>Lunch - Noodle and rice<br><br>Sinner - Reheated Tuna<br><br>Thursday<br><br>Breakfast - Fried rice<br><br>Lunch - Tuna and noodles<br><br>Dinner - Pork mince and noodles<br><br>Friday Feedback on meal prep breakfasts of any kind would be great. Currently having Fried rice<br><br>Saturday - Fried rice<br><br>Feedback of any kind would be great, this was Severely restricted due to budget and cupboard staples and I am planning to go shopping this weekend.<br><br>Edit: I do not have a microwave.
