First time meal prepping and I have a question

I'm a 16 year old male if that's relevant, and I started meal prepping to improve my health and fitness and I have some questions about it. <br>I found a recipe for a protein-packed meal that contains 400 calories, 50 grams of protein, and 200 grams of carbs. The recipe is for one meal, and it consists of pasta, and a bunch of other stuff like rice, beans, veggies, sauce, and chicken. I found that it tastes good, so I multiplied the recipe by 6 and made 6 meals out of it, and then put them in the fridge overnight. Now when I eat the meals, they're very dry, and the flavour is pretty much gone compared to the fresh meal. I want to know what I can do to improve the quality of my meal prep. What are some tips for a beginner?
