Thought about quitting everyday this week

I've been a teacher for 15 years and have never thought about quitting everyday. My school district has gone totally off the rails. I'm a SPED teacher and do some gen ed duties and my school switched to a new SPED program. It's like having 5 more classes in addition to the 8 I already have. This week a paras called out and then I had a student in crisis. This was the breaking point. I can't do it. I cried because I don't know if I should leave a job that I love because of this program. I've reached out to my union and they are trying to see what I can do. This sucks. I don't want to leave my school. I just can't keep doing this.
