API abuse is a nightmare

I’m a developer at a company that uses a generative API to generate text. The last few days have been a nightmare because we’ve been getting these fucking spurious error messages from the API. It’s because there’s a whole bunch of individuals that are abusing the API, and the API mistakenly thinks it’s us abusing the API.<br><br>We need to fucking get rid of these generative APIs. It’s not that hard to make the tech ourselves.
