AITA for not buying anything from Amazon after I found out our IT was monitoring our computer activity?

I work in an office doing mostly secretarial work, and I am a frequent Amazon customer. Recently I was doing some Christmas shopping (it was in December) and was on Amazon looking for gifts when one of my coworkers saw me and mentioned that I had a ethical job of shopping. I asked what he meant and he said our IT monitors our computer activity, and this made me pretty annoyed.<br><br>So ever since then I haven't been on Amazon at work, neither have any of my coworkers. But IT was very strict about computer activity, so it made us all pretty mad. Yesterday, he came by our department and said he used to get about 30-40 purchases from us every day, but after one of us got in trouble for shopping, the number of purchases went down to less than 10.<br><br>This made us all mad and it was basically like he was scolding us, because he relies on us to shop to get higher up in Amazon's rankings. I think we should keep not shopping so he gets demoted, and he's trying to guilt trip us into shopping again. AITA for not shopping anymore?<br><br>Edit: just to clarify, my company sells items through Amazon. We don't buy items and use the company card. Also thank you for the support and awards, although I think this might be a case of AITA and not E/SH.
