Peeps for breakfast

Hey everyone, so I have been experimenting with Peeps and thought I would show you my latest invention. It was really tasty. Reminds me of the french toast we make with waffles. As the peeps melt it creates a custard under the topping. In this case that topping is a banana that I drizzled with chocolate. It reminds me of a banana foster. <br><br>1 peep <br>1 frozen waffle <br>1 egg <br>1 slice of cheese <br>1 banana<br>1 small piece of chocolate <br>1 tablespoon of butter<br><br>Crack an egg into a bowl. Whip it up and add shredded cheese. Heat up a nonstick pan or frying pan with some butter. Dip waffle into egg until completely covered. Throw in the pan and cook both sides until golden brown. Place on a plate. Place one peep on top. Place in the oven at 350 f for about 7 minutes or until it has melted. Top with sliced banana and drizzle with melted chocolate. You could consider it a dessert but it’s really the perfect breakfast.
