Parents who don’t sleep train their kids tend to raise bitches

I’ve struggled with sleeping because my partner refuses to sleep train our 4 month old. He now wakes up to 10 times a night and wants to be held and walked around until he falls back asleep. He’s starting to get fussy as well. I have a feeling he’s gonna turn into a little bitch and I don’t know what to do about it. It’s been extremely exhausting and mentally draining.
