App that creates a 'dead man switch', where your friends/family are alerted with an emergency message from you if you don't check in after some time period

I am an emergency worker and I am selling my house, which I haven't lived in for 2 years. It's a vacation home for me and my family, but with COVID and new job I haven't been able to get back for 2 years.<br><br>I am selling it because I am worried I will get stuck up there for two days and not be able to get any help at all.<br><br>The idea is for an app that you check in to periodically (maybe every 12-24 hours on the road, or whatever length of time is relevant to your particular situation), and if you don't check in for a certain amount of time, then it alerts any people you want with a message saying something like "I haven't checked in for some time, so this is a possible emergency and you should check to make sure I am okay." <br><br>Anyways, thought that was a solid app idea for any people who are living alone or on the road or on some wilderness adventure where they might not be able to get help for a while.<br><br>Edit: thanks for the feedback y'all.
