Hello everyone! I'm a regular here, but I'm still fairly young and I've been seeing a lot of posts lately about whether or not people should be flying and stuff like that. This is something that I've been worrying a lot about for some time already and I've been making some changes in my life both in terms of my purchases and in terms of my flying habits and I was wondering what the rest of you are going to do in terms of reducing your carbon footprint and traveling in 2024.

In 2022, I flew abroad 7 times and in 2023, I flew 3 times. The trips were just for a week each time and were for holiday. Due to the rising concerns about global warming and the fact that most of these trips were often just for fun, I've decided that in 2024, I will only fly once unless it's necessary (like for work or for a funeral, etc) and will be taking the train and other means of transportation for the other trips unless they are also in my home country, in which case I will drive or take a bus.
