My friend has a crush on me. But I've a crush on someone else. Help me tell them.

I'm a 12 year old girl and It's been ages since my friend has told me he likes me. My friend and I have been super close for a long time, and I began to wonder a few years ago, whether he has a crush on me or not. But I decided I would just ignore the thought and wait until he tells me. I noticed last year though that he was taking my hand more often, and looking in my eyes more. I found him cute, and thought if he asked me out, I would probably say yes. But, I've been crazy about my other friend, ever since I first laid eyes on him 7 years ago, when I met him in my gymnastics class. I had wanted my friend to ask me out for so long, so I could see if I really liked him. At the same time of this, my gymnastics class had been cut due to the pandemic, and I was super sad I wouldn't see my other friend anymore. <br><br>I was telling my friend what would happen if the gym was cut. That would mean I couldn't see that friend anymore, and he asked me if I liked him. I panicked a bit and said yes, but I said I liked him as a friend too. He looked really sad after that, and said he stopped going to gymnastics, thinking I gave up on it. Then he said it didn't matter and smiled, but I could see the sadness in his eyes. <br><br>Then we played Fortnite until it was time for my friend to go home. I haven't seen him for a few weeks, and I really want to know what he thinks about the whole thing. He's been nice to me on his texts, but telling me what's going on lately, but I know he's been lying, since I have gymnastics on the weekends now. I haven't told him this, because I want him to figure it out himself.<br><br>Hi! It's me, your friend your friend's crush. You're a really good friend of mine, and I know how much we've been through together. I really care about you, as a friend, and I don't know what I would do if we weren't friends. You're the one I always go to when I need help with anything, and you always know how to cheer me up. If I ever find someone to share my life with it could never be you.
