I (F24) ended things with my boyfriend (M30) of 16 months. How do I get him to move out?

I'm absolutely done with him after I found pornography in which the woman was tied up, choked to death, and then raped. I pressed him for an explanation and he told me that he only watches it because it's the only way he can get off and that he would never want to do that in real life. This is extremely problematic because I was strangled and raped before we met. I completely understand that he doesn't want to strangle/kill me, but I'm absolutely horrified that he told me that he couldn't stop because "it feels too good". That is the same reason the man who raped me told me he couldn't stop and why he couldn't leave me alone. It's absolutely disgusting and I will not stay in a relationship with someone who kondones that behavior.

I broke things off with him on Friday and told him I need him to be moved out by the end of the month. My brother will be coming into town and staying with me and will likely stay here for a couple of months. I will need to have his bedroom cleaned out by then and I told my now ex-boyfriend that. He told me he will not be leaving and that since the house is in both of our names, I can't legally force him to move out without a lawyer. I know he does not want to pay a lawyer and I know I'm in the right here, but I feel overwhelmed by the whole situation. How would the average real estate attorney handle this situation? What steps do I need to take in order to get him to move out? I don't want to call the police and I don't want to get into a physical altercation with him. I just want to get him out of my house.
