Should I feel bad about taking on a “manager” role in my early 20s w/o degree in a field that many older people spend years and thousands of dollars to get into?

A bit of context:

I’ve been in the industry I’m in for about 6 years now, with 5 of those years being part time. I also have an associate’s degree in it, but I didn’t finish my bachelors. I was given the opportunity to be a manager in that field, and I was in that position for about 4 years.

Since then, I’ve moved onto a different field and I’m doing very well there. I’m on track for a promotion and when I look back on my past experiences, I feel very grateful for the opportunities I had, but I sometimes worry that I took something from someone else. Someone in my industry is usually in their mid 30s before they achieve what I achieved at 22. I don’t know if I should feel bad about what I think is unearned success and privilege. Any thoughts or advice?
