I plan on moving over an hour from my workplace and want to save some $$ on food.
This is my plan: dollar per meal.
I have read countless articles and seen countless videos of people who plan to live off of rice and beans. Mixed veggies have little to no calories, so ignore those. Calories in calories out. I'm not trying to starve myself, but I am trying to save money.
I'm at a loss. How does one do this? Rice and beans are not a complete protein, neither are oats and peanut butter. Any advice or tips? I have the dollar per meal spreadsheet.

1. How do you meal prep dollar per meal?
2.
