How are the bugs west of Wyoming? SE Idaho to Boise area?

I was considering moving to SE Idaho or SW Montana but just visited my family in Boise and those bugs were everywhere - so strange to see them.<br><br>I wonder if the bugs have followed people into ID and MT once they got established in WY.
