How to never have any free time ever

I made this post to the r/relationships sub about how I have no free time but very little feedback came out of it. I think this sub will be more relevant because it's about prioritizing the life I want to have.

TL;DR: How to never have any free time ever.

Step 1: Have a job with a commute that is over an hour and a half each night. This will ensure that you have to leave very early and return home very late. The commute will also be very stressful. Bonus points if you have to take a bus at 5:30am that doesn't run again until 5:30pm.

Step 2: Try to save money by cooking and prepping all your food. Spend ~1-2 hours on Sundays prepping everything. This will ensure that you spend a lot of time washing dishes, which is time that you could be spending on anything else.

Step 3: In an effort to make more money, get a second job. If you want to be really successful, find one that is also an hour+ commute each night. You can consider carpooling, but that would mean that you can't be there all the time which defeats the purpose. The good news is that your shifts will only be 4-6 hours/night so it's not like a full time job. This will also ensure that you have no weekends because you'll likely be working at least one day on the weekend.

Step 4: If you already have a second job and you're not completely broke, what you really need is a third job. The best kind of third job is one that you can do from home because then you won't have a commute. The worst part about this is that you will never actually be off the clock. Your job will bleed over into your weekends which will make it impossible to have any kind of free time. Bonus points if you get calls/texts from coworkers on your days off.

Step 5: Make sure you never actually have any free time by planning out every second of your day. This will ensure that you never waste any time on something stupid like taking a nap or watching TV. You'll also never have enough time to do everything you need to do, but that's okay because you can always just work more.

There you have it. Follow these steps and you will never have any free time ever.

In all seriousness, I can see how my choices have led me to where I am today. I have no free time ever and very little work/life balance. I'm not really sure what to do to get out of this situation, but I know I need to make a change. Right now, my life is nothing more than a bunch of jobs.

The problem is that I have a drastic amount of student loan debt so I have to work a lot. I also don't want to live with roommates anymore because I'm 28 and they're really exhausting. It also doesn't align with my long term goals.

My job pays pretty well, but not well enough to have any kind of work/life balance. In order for me to get ahead financially, I need to work extra hours. It seems like I'm constantly getting ahead just to lose money on something stupid. At this point, I'm too in debt to afford to take a pay cut and move to a different job. I can't really quit my second job without losing my car because I need the money to pay for it. It's just the never ending cycle of work.

Has anyone else ever been in this situation? I feel like I just need to come up with a plan but I'm not sure where to start. Any advice would be appreciated.
