How to not procrastinate

So Im a 14 year old and I procrastinate a lot. <br>I really want to not procrastinate, but I cant get passed the first page of my homework. I have been searching for ways to procrastinate less, but i havent found any good ones.<br>Can anyone help me with this? I would be really grateful<br><br>EDIT: Thanks for the feedback.
