How would a historical wargame work if we replace all the males with females?

This was inspired by a post I saw on an alt history message board. I am going to describe how a female run historical war would go, and you tell me when (or if) this war would end or turn into a different type of conflict. <br><br>Assumptions:<br><br>- All males from both warring countries are gone <br>- All females are replaced with neural clones (effectively the same people, different gender) <br>- Whatever caused this change also caused mass amnesia, so no one on either side remembers anything about men or their history<br><br>The war: The war of Austrian Succession. This was a global war in the 18th century that was a contest of possible successors to the Austrian throne after the death of the childless Charles VI. Frederick the Great of Prussia is the aggressor, and Maria Theresa will be leading the Austrian forces in this conflict.<br><br>The warring parties:<br><br>- Prussia (Frederika I of Prussia). This is a relatively new German state with perhaps the most disciplined and well trained army in Europe. It has no navy to speak of, and is surrounded by enemies. It's best hope is to secure warring alliances with France and the British (both of whom are unlikely to be of much help), defeat Austria before anyone else gets involved, and possibly secure a few minor conquests from Austria if they are lucky. <br>- Austria (Maria Theresia). This is an ancient multinational empire that covers much of Central Europe, Italy, and the Balkans. It has a large, but poorly trained and equipped army. Its best hope is to survive long enough for an alliance to form and for other European powers to pile on Prussia. <br><br>Initial situation:<br><br>- Prussia has invaded Silesia and easily defeated the Austrian army there, taking the region after a single battle. <br>- Austria is raising troops as fast as it can and preparing for a war on multiple fronts. <br><br>At this point in OTL, Prussia and Austria are at war. Now, replace all the males with females, and tell me how this conflict will play out.
