What if Earth had no oceans?

What if this planet had no oceans, what would be like to live here, what would happen to the weather and would this planet be able to be habitable. <br><br>Humans can control the weather, food and water but that’s it.<br><br>Edit: sorry I didn’t specify that I didn’t want any lakes/rivers this time, I wanted the entire water supply to come from the atmosphere. But I appreciate the other suggestions.
