I’m a cashier and I feel like I’m financially hurting my store by giving people coupons.

I work as a cashier and I would say 90% of my customers don’t have any coupons. <br><br>I feel like I’m hurting my store by giving out coupons to customers because it decreases our sales on that item. <br><br>I’ve seen some cashiers not give people coupons because they know it affects our sales and our pay could be affected because of that. <br><br>What’s your thoughts on giving people coupons?<br><br>EDIT: No we don’t sell the coupons we give them out for free.
