What's your favorite recipe with ground beef?

Same question I had about ground pork. I'll pick up a few pounds of ground beef to make alot of meals but I want some new recipes. I can use alot of cookbooks, but nothing beats real people telling me their favorite recipes. I can alot of my food so I can make big recipes if you have any.
