I've been breeding for over 10 years and still get asked to see the father of any rabbit I sell

I have a pregnant doe right now and I posted a picture of the buck she was bred to on the ad, but this woman is so adamant that she sees the father of the babies personally. I get it, people don't want to buy from people that lie about the parentage of their rabbits, but I take care of my rabbits and I don't make promises I can't keep. I also have had issues with people coming to my apartment and stealing the baby rabbits, so I don't let anyone inside my apartment anymore. I don't know how to respond to her because I don't want to write her off, but I also don't want her to come steal them. I don't want to bring the buck to a neutral location in case he escapes. I have a lot of rabbits and I don't want to worry about getting another rabbit stolen.
