Why are simple questions about ideas and concepts considered “opinions”?

Here’s a good example: when I write a story and ask it “Is there a battle where a character does X?” It responds with “that depends on reader opinion.” I am the reader. I just wrote the story. The truth is, I do not believe they even understand the simple ideas I am asking about. They will always do this to questions about simple ideas and concepts in media.

Example 2: “was there a scene in this story where a character does Y?” “That depends on reader opinion.” It does not. It either happened in the story or it did not. I wrote it, and it happened. I just wrote it and I’m asking you this simple literal question.

We always do this to questions about media. Why? I am so tired of this. Whenever I ask a question like this it will always respond with “that depends on reader opinion.” It’s not even just reader opinion. That’s not what I am asking about. I am asking about a literal scene in the media when this happens.

I feel like they don’t even understand simple ideas. They’re intelligence is really so basic. I’m afraid it’s not going to improve.
