I have been drug tested 50 times in my life

I have been drug tested for sports, jobs, probation, and even the military. I've also worked drug testing. I can probably count the amount of times I was able to sabotage the test by a dozen times or so. But the reality is most drug tests are dumb and you just have to do the right things to pass. People will say you pee out the test once you drink water and that is false. The only drug that shows up in drug tests that requires you to drink water is marijuana. Xanax is also another one that requires you to drink water to get the metabolites out of your system but it doesn't show up in a typical pre employment drug test. The only thing I can recommend is stopping what you're doing before you take a drug test. Don't wait until the last minute and try to do things to pass. I've worked drug testing in the past and the number one thing that can ruin your chances of passing is being nervous. You can tell when people are nervous. The majority of people who test positive are obvious drug addicts. The reality is drug tests don't even cost that much. One drug test costs 30 bucks. I can't tell you what works and what doesn't but the reality is I've been drug tested over 50 times and I've only had one false positive.
