I wasn't sure about it, but tried it for a week, and damn, it worked so well for me.

I've always been skipping breakfast since I was little, and now I understand why. Apparently, everything is highly individual, but I noticed that skipping breakfast allowed me to maintain energy levels throughout the day. Yes, I was really surprised. How do you feel about skipping breakfast?

Also, if you have any tips on snacks and breakfast foods, feel free to drop them down below.
