Hello,

I recently started doing mealprep and after some time I found it kind of tedious to buy all the ingredients and cook every time, so I started searching for alternatives and I found protein powders. Some of them are very filling and can be used in most dishes and can last for a very long time, such as whey, rice, pea, hemp etc.., but for some time I was kind of skeptical if the protein powder would spoil in a short amount of time or if it would have a bad taste after a long time of being stored, but now I figured it out after some research that most of them can last months in a fully closed bag in the fridge, some of them can even last longer.

So now my question is what kind of protein powder is the most durable? And is there any kind that can last years in a closed bag in the fridge or outside the fridge?
