I'm 23, female and working 70-80 hours a week and I am so lonely

It feels like I have no time for anything. My life is work, sleep, repeat. I never have anyone to talk to and I can't seem to find a way to fix this. My work is not a place where I can make friends, they're all toxic. I'm so tired but I'm also lonely and I feel like I'm going insane.
