First recess of 2024 for this office worker!

I work in a small office (4 people) and each day we take 2 recesses. We usually go outside for one recess (sometimes 2 recesses depending on the weather). 1. Walk down 2 flights of stairs: 2 minutes 2. Short walk to the park: 5 minutes 3. Sit on a bench and recess: 4 minutes 4. Already did some reps of the stairs down to the park but will take another 2 minutes to walk back up 2 flights of stairs: 2 minutes 5. Sit down for 1 minute and take a deep breath 6. Go to the office fridge and grab a snack 7. Short walk to the office park nearby: 3 minutes 8. Sit down and recess for another 4 minutes 9. Already did some reps of the stairs down to the park and back up so this step can be skipped if I am going to do more recesses 10. Walk back to my desk: 3 minutes TOTAL TIME TO TAKE 2 RECESSES: 24 MINS TOTAL recess time: 8 mins 1. Walk down 2 flights of stairs: 2 minutes 2. Short walk to the park: 5 minutes 3. Sit on a bench and recess: 8 minutes (took an extra 4 minutes of recess time) 4. Walk back to my desk: 3 minutes TOTAL TIME TO TAKE 2 RECESSES: 24 MINS TOTAL recess time: 16 mins I go outside twice a day to take 2 recesses.
