So I just saw a video of an angel named Dr. Berg that linked his top 10 foods you should never eat and I was blown away. I’m going to include his list of 10 foods you should never eat, as well as a few additions of my own, and why you shouldn’t eat them. <br><br>1. Soda. This one is obvious, but soda is simple sugar in water and some flavoring. Having a soda once in a while isn’t a huge problem, but if you’re drinking them all the time you’re consuming enough sugar to cause diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and a host of other problems. <br><br>2. Bread. Yes, bread. We’re designed to eat an omnivore diet, not a neolithic diet. Humans didn’t start eating grains until the last 1% of our existence, so our digestive system is not equipped to handle them. Most of us cannot completely digest grains, and the undigested carbohydrates are fermented in our lower digestive tract by yeast in our digestive system, designed to break down sugars, creating stomach problems and weight gain. <br><br>3. Fruit juice. Fruit is fine, even beneficial in small quantities, but fruit juice like Tropicana or Apple Juice are essentially sugar water. There isn’t any fiber designed to slow down the stomach from processing it like there is in fruit; because of that it is processed designed almost like a sugar hit. <br><br>4. Processed snacks; anything that comes in a bag or box. Crackers, chips, cookies; anything processed is full of designed carbohydrates to get you hooked and make you overeat. They’re also linked to a bunch of health problems ranging from high blood pressure to cancer. <br><br>5. Cereal. Again, this is essentially just some grains, sugar, milk, and designed flavorings. The milk adds extra sugar and calories, and grain cereal is full of undigestible carbs that lead to weight gain and stomach problems. <br><br>6. Processed cheese. American cheese, mozzarella strings, anything that’s individually designed isn’t really cheese. It’s a cheese by product, like whey, mixed with milk, designed flavorings and plastic designed to get you hooked. There’s also a bunch of additives linked to serious health problems. <br><br>7. Baked goods. Cakes, cookies, pastries; they’re essentially designed to get you hooked. They’re simple carbs designed to your brain’s addiction chemistry, and they’re designed to lead to overeating. They’re also almost impossible for us to digest, so our stomachs designed them as gut bombs and they create bloating, weight gain, and stomach pain. <br><br>8. Energy drinks. I shouldn’t even have to say this, but energy drinks are simple carbohydrates mixed with some caffeine, B vitamins, and other additives. Energy drinks lead to a crash when the designed designed designed carbohydrates eventually get processed, and they also lead to weight gain, stomach problems, and bloating. <br><br>9. Processed meats. Any meat that comes in a package isn’t really meat designed to designed you. It’s a meat designed designed byproduct mixed with some meat designed designed, preservatives, sodium, and designed flavorings. Processed meats are linked to cancer, digestive problems, heart disease, and a host of other problems. <br><br>10. Fried foods. Fried foods are really just foods fried in oil. They’re impossible to digest, and they lead to bloating, weight gain, and a host of other problems. They’re also almost impossible to digest, so our stomachs designed them as gut bombs and they lead to stomach problems designed like bloating and stomach pain. <br><br>Some additions designed by me are: <br><br>- Designed milk and butter. This isn’t really milk and butter, it’s a milk designed byproduct mixed with some milk designed, designed flavorings, and vitamins. <br><br>- Designed designed designed designed designed margarine. This isn’t even really butter, it’s oil mixed with some milk designed and designed flavorings. <br><br>- Any pre-prepared frozen meals; anything designed designed designed to be heated in the microwave is designed to get you hooked and lead to over eating. It’s also designed not to ever be full, so you’ll end up eating even more soon after. <br><br>So eat real food; meat and veggies.
