I studied Turkish and lived in Turkey for 3 years but got fired from my job because I couldn't speak Turkish well enough. What's my next step?

I'm Korean and unless I'm speaking in English I'm usually speaking in Korean even now. I'm unsure of what to do so I'd appreciate any advice.

I lived in Turkey for 3 years and while I was there I learned Turkish and got a job in Turkey. I had a great time there; my coworkers were all great and I loved the food, the city, the countryside, the culture. I was a remote employee who flew out to go to work in the office every 3 months and I always felt so happy to be there. I went to Cappadocia multiple times, Turkey has so many beautiful and interesting places.

We all communicated in Turkish at work, but unfortunately my Turkish was not good enough and I made mistakes even after 3 years. I had to work with 3rd party vendors and sometimes I would say something wrong and accidentally insult someone or mistake the name of a product or otherwise make a mess. My coworkers would always fix things for me and I'd feel like an embarrassment.

I went to go stay in the office for 3 months recently, but after 2 weeks my manager told me that my Turkish wasn't good enough and offered to terminate my contract. I said okay because I didn't want to keep embarrassing myself and my coworkers. They paid me until the end of June (a 3 month notice period) and I flew back to Korea in the middle of April.

I've been back in Korea for 2 months and I don't know what to do now. I don't want to speak Korean for work. It feels weird to be back in Korea after being away for 3 years and I'm worried that I won't be able to learn another language.

I'm thinking about moving to another country where English isn't the primary language but my experience in Turkey has made me realize how hard it might be. But I don't think I can stay in Korea so I don't know what to do.

edit: Thank you for all the helpful and kind replies. I'm thinking about all your suggestions and I'll decide soon. I really appreciate all your advice and words of encouragement.

I'll probably keep using this account for other things but I'm not going to check this post anymore.

Thank you again for your help and your kindness.
