No cooking, a bite to eat, doesn’t have to break the bank!

Hey all fellow budgeteers! Just a quick, thought that I wanted to share with everyone! It’s a common problem that we all have, is that we don’t have a lot of time to put into “cooking a meal” or most of the time it’s just that we don’t have the energy to do such a thing. We all have been there, and more than a few times if I’m correct. But the best solution is to just grab something to eat, that’s easy right? Well easy isn’t always the correct word to use in this situation. I will explain below!

No cooking, a bite to eat, doesn’t have to break the bank!

Let’s start with the easy one’s: pizza’s, sub sandwiches, and burgers. We all know that it’s easy to get in the car, drive down to the closest restaurant and grab a food like this. Oh it’s so easy, and it’s also “so cheap” but the real question is it? If you take a pizza for example, if you don’t want to go out to eat at the restaurant, to go pizza’s can cost you a lot of money! I know that I can go to the grocery store, and get a pizza for 2 for $5. A pizza from a restaurant will cost you $15 - $20 or even more! If you take a sub sandwich, you can make one at home for a few dollars and grab one to go, or eat one in a restaurant for $8 or more! Same with a cheeseburger, you can buy one at a restaurant for $5 or more or buy all the ingredients at the grocery store and make 4, for that same $5 or less. So doesn’t always mean cheap is easy! Just a few things to keep in mind next time you “don’t feel like cooking”!
