What career path do you career advisors suggest for women in their mid 30s, with 2 kids

I am a stay at home mom in my mid 30s, with 2 kids who are turning 4 and 2. <br><br>I have an IT background but been out of work for almost 6 years now. I miss work a lot but with 2 small kids, I cannot put them in after school or after day care as many women in my community are able to do.<br><br>My husband is not very supportive. I am living in Canada. <br><br>What career path do you suggest career advisors suggest for women who are in this situation and country. <br><br>I am looking to work part-time and career which will give me some level of flexibility as I am 7 years away from my kids being in middle school and not dependent on me.<br><br>TIA but what are some career paths if we ignore the fact that women are the primary care giver.<br><br>I want to be independent again. I miss having a life outside of my family. I miss talking about other things than diapers and daycares lol.
