AITA for telling my daughter it’s embarrassing how easy it is for her to get good grades

I have a daughter who is 16 years old. We saved for her college and she gets good grades, B’s in most subjects and then 1-2 A’s. I want to say she has a medium workload so not to hard. I have been thinking a lot about the whole school system and how it works and I just think it is very easy to get good grades. My daughter is not very bright and works very little. She doesn’t study much for tests and still manages to get B’s and A’s with minimal effort. I think grades are too easy to get and that it doesn’t really show anything about how smart someone is. For example, someone who works really hard and gets good grades might not be the brightest but they still have to work for it. So I told her it’s embarrassing how easy it is for her to get good grades.<br><br>She was very upset and said how I should be happy and not embarrassed. I don’t think she gets what I mean, but I don’t want her to think I am not proud of her. I am very proud of her, but I just don’t think grades are anything to be proud of since they are so easy.
