A number of sellers are currently being targeted by scammers.

This is a team effort between multiple sellers to tell you about this.<br><br>These scammers are using stolen credit cards or entirely fake information to purchase items, or are making claims of purchases that never happened.<br><br>The way they work is that they claim they never received the item (and usually say it was stolen from them) and demand the item be replaced with express shipping. They're very pushy and insist that you send it via next day air, or claim they'll leave negative feedback or make claims with PayPal or other payment processors.<br><br>The goal of the scam is to get entirely free merchandise (and potentially entirely free money for the scammer), and leave you with a bad reputation and a negative profit.<br><br>If you're a seller, be very cautious of these types of messages. Make sure that you follow proper shipping insurance and claims procedures for all items. Additionally, know your return and refund policies, and follow them to the letter.<br><br>If you're a buyer, make sure you purchase from sellers that follow these policies.
