AITA for taking my phone back and still leaving the restaurant with my daughter?

I (30F) was at lunch today with my daughter (4F) at a sit down restaurant. We got there and as we walked in I noticed a couple (mid 20s) sitting at a table for 2. They were taking up 2 tables worth of space because they had shopping bags from several stores on the other table. The male had 2-3 phone on the table and was actively working on them. The female was on her phone on the couch right by the door doing gods knows what. Neither of them were wearing masks and it was extremely noticeable because the female had a very distinct voice and you could hear her from anywhere in the restaurant. <br><br>When we got to our table, someone came to take our order, but in the 10 minute span where our order was taken, the female walked past my table at least 5 times. She looked at me several times and I thought nothing of it. We got our food, ate it, and when we were ready to go, I asked for our check. Before I got it, the female came up to my table and put my phone on it. She said <br><br>“Omg I am so sorry but I took a picture of you and your daughter because she is so fucking cute! I also added you on instagram so we can keep in contact and maybe have a play date for the kids! My son is just over a year!”<br><br>I took my phone and looked at it. Sure enough, I had several pictures of me and my daughter on my phone and she had somehow added herself to my instagram! I was raging. I told her<br><br>“I’m sorry, but why would you ever do that? I didn’t even know you existed until you walked up here. Go fuck yourself now.”<br><br>The couple got up and left, calling me a bitch on the way out. I still got my check and paid because I had already eaten my food. <br><br>Am I the asshole for taking my phone back and still leaving through the front door with my daughter after being called a bitch?<br><br>Edit: <br>Because people are asking- Yes, I had a password on my phone. It was in my purse and I had used it to take a picture of the menu because the print was super small and I wanted to read the menu without having to get new glasses yet. The female must have grabbed it from my purse and done all of this before I even noticed it was gone. I’ve never had anything stolen from my purse before and I’m not particularly stupid or careless with my phone. Be passive, not aggressive. I know this is the internet, but some people are just rude.
