AITA for taking an entire pizza that was left at the bar?

So last night i was out at a bar drinking with some friends, we played some pool and just had a good night. The barr tender announced last call so i went to the bar to order a last drink for the night, i saw this pizza that the bar tender had just brought out but apparently the person who ordered it left without paying his tab or taking the pizza. It was 3am and the place was clearing out so i asked the bartenders if i can take the pizza since i feel bad that it was just gonna be dumped. The bartenders said they were gonna share it with some other workers working that night. I asked if i could take a slice home with me and one of the bartenders said no because she was starving and wanted to eat the whole pizza to herself because it was her favorite toppings. I asked if i can at least take some of the garlic knots they ordered and she said she was also hungry and wanted to eat some as well. So i said fuck it i'll take the whole pizza for myself. She looked pissed as i took it from the counter and i took the pizza went home and ate 3/4 of the pizza to myself. i feel bad thinking i might have been an ah for taking the pizza but i was hungry and they were closing so i thought they would have just dumped it.
