Day 1: Apple Pie (banana, apple, almond milk, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla yogurt, almond butter)- This was a delightfully sweet treat because of the apple and banana. If you're looking for a healthy dessert substitute, this is a smoothie you could be happy with.

Day 2: Peanut Butter and Banana (7 ingredients)- This was so tasty! My boyfriend loved it. It was so creamy, but not too thick. I'm actually not the biggest fan of peanut butter, but it was so well combined and balanced with the other ingredients that I was happy.

Day 3: The Hulk (mango, pear, milk, vanilla yogurt, banana, spinach)- This was so yummy! I have a hard time eating things that are super sweet, and a few of the smoothies I've tried so far have been pretty sweet, but the mango was sweet, the pear was so sweet, and because of the two sweet ingredients I was afraid it would be too sweet. It was absolutely not, though. I'm so impressed. The green smoothie was creamy and balanced and beyond tasty. I can't wait to make it again!

Day 4: Tropical Mango (mango, pineapple, milk, vanilla yogurt, honey)- This was delicious! It was a little sweeter than I like my smoothies (but not too sweet like a lot of other people have been saying). I used 1/2 cup of pineapple juice instead of 1 cup of milk and it was so yummy. This smoothie was really thin, so next time I might add a little bit more ice. Besides that, this has been one of my favorites and I'll be making it again.

Day 5: Orange Dreamsicle (frozen orange, milk, vanilla yogurt)- I'm a little hungover today, so a tangerine would have sounded more refreshing to me after going for a walk but I don't have any. This smoothie is so easy to make and I kind of wish I had done it yesterday instead. It's so simple but so nice and refreshing. This is a great smoothie if you're feeling sick or just need something to help cool down. I love this smoothie.

Day 6: Black Forrest (frozen berries, vanilla yogurt, chocolate almond milk, chocolate syrup, banana)- Finally! I was so excited for this chocolate smoothie after seeing it on TikTok. I really like chocolate smoothies because they're delicious and also because it's so hard to make it taste like chocolate. The banana overpowered all of the chocolate. I'm so disappointed. Chocolate is worth it when it tastes like chocolate, but this did not. It was a banana with a hint of chocolate. The banana overpowered the chocolate. I can't believe I love such a simple treat like chocolate and banana. It's always a little disappointing when such a simple treat is actually good, but at the same time it's so hard to make chocolate and banana taste like chocolate. I'll eat it, but I won't make it again.

Day 7: Chocolate Chia Seed (chocolate almond milk, chia seeds, banana, vanilla yogurt, sugar)- I was pleasantly surprised by the chia seed smoothie. It was a little chia seed heavy, which made it a bit grainy, but it was a lot like the texture of drinking chocolate milk. I liked it! It was really tasty and satisfying and I would make it again.

So far I've used honey, but the recipe has sugar. I like honey so far, but I might try adding sugar for the last two smoothies. I'm also wondering if regular milk will make a difference. I don't have vanilla extract so I've been using almond extract for the two recipes that call for an extract. It's a little expensive to keep buying frozen fruit so I might use a few free ingredients like strawberries or canned fruit like mandarin.
