What to take from an upscale grocery store when you raise the lid of a dumpster and there is a ton of food inside already?

I just thought this would be a fun question to ask on Reddit. I have dumpster dived a few times in my life, always mostly stuff other people throw away, that is okay or still pretty good. Sometimes you hit the jackpot. I have hit the jackpot a few times. Every now and then you will find excellent food, including meat, vegetables, and unopened packaged goods. Now this is an upscale store, and we hit the jackpot. We helped ourselves and continued on our way.
