What if the physical laws change, but not the physical constant (e.g. speed of light) when you travel to another planet?

It's well known that constant g value is essential to Newton's theory of universal gravitation. Therefore, constant g value is a physical constant. If you travel to a planet with a different mass and/or radius, the constant g value changes. The gravitational acceleration is 2 m/s^2 on Mars. The gravitational acceleration is 15 m/s^2 on Neptune. Gravitational acceleration is different on different planets, but change in gravitational acceleration doesn't change other physical laws like conservations of energy, linear momentum, angular momentum, and mass.
