I always used to have 11:30pm-12am sleeps, now I started to feel sleepy at 3am and also feeling very tired other than the night, but I didn't understand why. I've been trying to understand my sleep schedule and sleep time for a long time. I realized that I was going to sleep 15 minutes later every day and it was 3 am now. When I started going to bed at 3 am, I started to feel better rested.<br><br>I also feel very tired at certain times of the day. I always want to sleep for 15-20 minutes. I realized that my body is trying to tell me something. When we sleep, we go through a sleep cycle and various stages. This is why we wake up at certain times of the day or night and feel tired.<br><br>I want to create an app where you can record when you sleep and when you wake up. The app will calculate the sleep times according to your sleep duration and sleep opportunities with the time you sleep and wake up every day.<br><br>Example: 7-8 hours sleep, 15-20 min rest sleep options.
