Kitchen essentials for meal prepers?

I just moved into my first apartment this past weekend, and I’m slowly purchasing essential kitchen items. I’ve been meal prepping since January and I just finally have my own kitchen to do it in. What are your essential kitchen items that you use the most that you think I should get?
