"Me Too" did you see this one? Banned from the gym for being a guy

I saw this on reddit. You won't believe it. This guy had been working out at a gym for 6 years, even considered buying a franchise. His dream to open a gym in his small town. He pays to work out, and was training to be a powerlifter with his fiance, a powerlifter herself.<br><br>One day, a chick walks in and sees a guy in the locker room. She freaks out, demands a refund, and quits. Apparently she was a trans-woman (a guy that thinks he is a girl) and didn't like seeing a real guy in the ladies locker room. He got fucking banned from the gym for life.<br><br>This was pulled from chambers:<br><br>Gym drama, I got banned from my gym.<br><br>I've been working out at Anytime Fitness for 6 years. In fact we were so impressed with them, that we were looking into buying a franchise. I've been training for powerlifting competitions and my fiance is a powerlifter herself.<br><br>This past week a trans-woman, (a guy who thinks she's a girl) joined the gym. This is fine. I don't fucking care. I've had gay trainers, showered next to trans-people, whatever. I'm just here for the weights.<br><br>So the first time that she came in, was the day that she saw me changing in the locker room. I had just gotten done showering, and was changing into my street clothes. She freaked out, called the cops (which is bullshit), and called corporate to complain.<br><br>Well, she wanted a full 3 year refund, and for me to be banned from the gym. Both of which corporate agreed to. I use the fucking gym almost everyday. They just fucking banned me. 6 years, perfect record. I pay for my fiance, and my buddy to work out there. They just fucking banned me.<br><br>So I called up my gym, to inquire about getting a refund, since I can no longer work out there. "Sorry buddy, we can't refund you guys, because we did nothing wrong." They aren't even giving me a refund. I pay almost $70 a month for 3 people, and they just fucking told me to fuck off.<br><br>So I'm out $2500, and have nowhere to work out. Thanks Anita Saarkesian and 3rd wave feminism.<br><br>Edit: Holy fucking shit. I posted this in my small town's facebook page and it instantly blew up. The post has been shared over 200 times, and the gym is getting flooded with fucking hate. I just got a call from Anytime Fitness Corporate, and they said that they had no idea. The fucking gym lied to corporate about the whole fucking thing. Fuck you Scott at Anytime Fitness in Marysville, OH you fucking piece of shit.<br><br>Edit 2: Thank you guys so much. I'm actually in talks with one of my old coaches that owns a gym, and he is going to let me use his facilities for free, until this whole thing gets resolved.<br><br>Edit 3: I actually just got off the phone with Anytime Fitness. It's getting resolved. Thank you guys for the support.<br><br>Edit 4: Scott did call me back. He tried to explain it to me, and I told him to fuck off. He said he was going to elaborate, but I told him I wasn't fucking interested. I let him know that I'm going to be seeking damages, and filing a complaint with his superiors, and the BBB. I'm done with these fucking assholes.<br><br>Edit 5: The Anytime fitness corporate offices were flooded with calls. They just called me back and apologized profusely. They offered me a full year, at any gym in the country. Thank you guys for your support. It's much appreciated.<br><br>So Scott from Marysville, OH Anytime Fitness. I'm coming after you. Your fucking career is over. You were given the opportunity to fix this, and you blew it. You are a piece of shit.
