AITA for telling my in-laws my brother in-law is a creep after he walked in on me naked?

I'm going to keep everyone nameless. They all live in the same household. Mom, dad, and 3 brothers.<br><br>My husband and I got married 2 years ago. My in-laws don't like me. I think it's because I'm Hispanic and they are just flat out bigots. <br><br><br>I started having problems with my brother in-law (25F) and (29M) and I (28F) almost from the beginning.<br><br>The first time was at our rehearsal dinner. My husband and his family went to change their clothes. I went to the bathroom and my brother in-law walked in on me while I was using the restroom. I screamed and he apologized but my husband said he didn't mean it and that maybe I should get over it.<br><br>The next time was at our wedding. I was in the bridal suite getting ready when my other brother in-law walked in and tried to kiss me.<br><br>I told my husband who refused to believe me again. This time my maid of honor backed me up since she saw the whole thing. He was asked to leave and sent home.<br><br>My in-laws were livid. They said it was my fault for trying to make their son look bad and that I should just get over it because they said he apologized.<br><br>After that my in-laws didn't talk to me much. The only time they did was to say nasty things about my race and use slurs towards me. My husband would always say they were joking.<br><br>I finally had enough and told my husband he needed to put his foot down or I would leave. So he did. <br><br>Fast forward to this weekend. My husband had to leave town for work and he asked his family if I could stay with them since I don't feel comfortable being alone right now. I was hesitant at first but his parents said they would be happy to have me.<br><br>The first night went well but the second I went to take a shower before bed. I made sure the door was locked this time. When I got out to change my clothes my brother in-law from the wedding was in my room again kissing me.<br><br>I punched him in the face and then went to my in-laws room yelling at them. I told them I knew they didn't like me but that didn't give their son the right to walk in on me naked and try to kiss me.<br><br>My in-laws told me to get out and never come back. I asked my husband if I could stay with him and he said yes.<br><br>When he got home he asked what happened. I told him everything and said I had enough of his family and that we needed to cut them off. He said he understood and then called his parents.<br><br>His father answered and my husband asked what happened. His father said I was a lying bitch and that his brother would never do anything like that and I was just trying to get him in trouble again.<br><br>My husband told them we wouldn't be talking or seeing them anymore and hung up.<br><br>I'm just wondering if I'm the AH here for not giving them another chance?<br><br>Edit I should have added this the first time. I press charges against the brother who walked in on me at the wedding. He is currently on trial.
