I'm 21 and have never had a friend.

I know it sounds crazy but its true I'm 21 soon to be 22 and have never had a friend or been out to do anything social. I don't know why I don't know what to do or who to talk to I don't know how to interact with people or start conversations. I don't know if anyone else has gone through what I am but it feels awful. And I don't know how much longer I can take it I've always felt lonely and wished that I was born into another life one where I could function properly.
