Why does nobody use the Pomodoro Technique in the real world?

I've done a lot of research, and asked a lot of people in various careers, and I don't know a single person who uses the Pomodoro Technique in the real world. <br><br>Like... what's going on? **Why does everybody in the productivity world talk about this thing that nobody actually uses?**<br><br>It just seems strange to me that this thing that is talked about so much is something that I don't know anyone who uses in the real world.
