I can’t take this anymore

Mid 20’s f here. My 5 year old has had a UTI since Saturday. On Saturday we visited the ER. They diagnosed the UTI and prescribed antibiotics and watched for signs of sepsis for a few hours. They said to follow up with our pediatrician on Monday. <br><br>On Tuesday is when our pediatrician had an available appointment. In my state the pediatric clinics are short staffed. So we gave them another urine sample to test and sent it to the lab. The lab results came back with a new bacteria than they cultured on Saturday. We now have a different antibiotic. <br><br>Well this morning she started vomiting and I called the pediatrician because the vomiting could be a sign of a kidney infection or sepsis. She was instructed to go to the ER to be treated for dehydration and have them assess for kidney infection or sepsis. I took her straight to the ER and they did not assess her the way I thought they would. The doctor didn’t do an exam or anything and said she was just super constipated. They did not even do another UA. They said to follow up with our pediatrician on Friday. <br><br>My kid is in agony and I feel like no one believes me. I’ve had to miss 2.5 days of work and spend some of my savings I was using to fix my car that has been broken down for 2 months now. I’m going crazy and I can’t focus on anything.<br><br>She’s not acting like herself and is literally dying inside. 5 year olds cannot express how they’re feeling the way adults can.<br><br>I need some serious mental health therapy or something at this point.
